Hard Grinding Steel Ball
Hard grinding steel balls, also known as Fine or coarse grinding, the steel ball in after quenching, it use alloy cast iron plate to a fixed disk, using abrasive grinding wheel for grinding methods. For small-diameter steel ball, sometimes used two cast iron as a grinding tool set to white abrasives for grinding.
The hard disk processes aim to further decrease the deficiencies and the surface troostite which is made by heat generated in the decarburization, oxidation, thus improve the accuracy of ball size, steel ball precision and surface quality, so play a good basis for the subsequent processes.
